My client is having privileges differently for different employees
Some employee privilege leaves is 1 in each month so in a year 12
Some employee privilege leaves is 1.5 in each month so in a year 18
Some employee privilege leaves is 1.75 in each month so in a year 21
It should prorate in a year
If employee joins in the mid of the year He should be eligible for only 6 leaves
It should also prorate in a month
If employee joins before 15 of month he is eligible for privilege or after 15th he is not eligible for privilege leaves.
All leaves should get carry forward to next year.
How can i do that??
My plan is to Create three prvilege Leaves that should be maintained differently for employees
My concern is How it will get prorated in the mid of the month If employee joins before 15th he is eligible and after 15 he/she is not eligible .
