Work Order posting to Blocked Cost center

Hi

I was creating MRO work Order with responsible cost center which was blocked, not sure but SAP allowed me to create Work order with blocked costcenter, I was expecting SAP to give me a sort of Error message that I am using blocked cost center.

Is there a sort of settings that I can configure to have SAP issue red error if I am assigning blocked Cost center to MRO order???

On top of that, when I logged Labor Hours on that same MRO order via IW41, it posted to the same blocked cost center, and the posting was Value type 4 Posting.

Hod do i stop such posting to Blocked cost center?
