Hello Experts -
Below requirement has to be configured -
Rule for California employees where total accrual (vacation + vacation carry over) should not exceed 1.5 times employees yearly accrual. If exceeds, then the exceeded value should be reduced from vacation carry over quota.
Step followed -
1) Created constants for maximum accural limit
2) added vacation of previous month and vcf of previous month plus the generated vacation to a time type
3) compared it with the maximum accural
4) reduced the difference from vacation carry forward.
I did get the reduced result of VCF in QTACC table but in ABWKONTI teh value is getting added to teh previous months value.

But in short - if my VCF is 80.02 for november and vacation is 53.36. It is workign fine.
but for december more 6.67 hours of vacation is accured. 140 is maximum. so (80.02+53.36+6.67) = 140.07. 0.07 is extra so this amoutn has to be subtracted from Vacation carry over, thus generating 79.97 in QTACC. Now in ABWKONTI it is showing 160.01
Please please help!!! SOS! HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH THIS ISSUE FOR SOME TIME NOW.
