Asence quota based on family wise

Hi SAP Exports,

I am running here time evaluation here i am having deference quotas means

1. 60 days quota

2. 14 days quota

and maximum days are 60 days means 60+14=60 days yearly and here my problem is that

60 days with family members means (wife and child)

14 days with family members means (mother and father and brother and sister)

but here main problem is that if he will take leave from 60 days up to 48 days it should cut from 60-46=14days

Remaining  2 days has to cut from 14 days quota 14-2 =12 days

please can anyone help to me if i need to PCR please can provide screen shorts please................................
