Our sick leave entitlement is based on months of service
000 - 003 months = 0 days
003 - 004 months = 5 days
004 - 006 months = 8 days
006 - 012 months = 14 days.
If the employee hire date is 15th Sep 2013, the serice period in the year is = 3.5 months, rounded to 4 months
Is there any way not to consider the partial month (i.e the quota should be based on complete moths only .. )
