Moving from BW to HANA

Hello Experts,

Right now I am working for a customer who has done some work in BW. They wanted to migrate to Stand alone HANA, not BW on HANA. The objective is to go implement real time reporting or close to real time reporting.

1. From Extractor perspective there are lot of custom extractor and in BW there is lot of transformation, start routine, expert routine, end routine etc.

The objective: Convert some of the BW report in to real time /near real time reporting.

If I want to build a SAP HANA solution, I need to replicate the extractor logic, transformations inside the BW.What is the best way start, where and how do I start?
